Hello Midlifer! I am Karen and I am a Multi Award Winning Nutrition Coach for Menopause and Peri Menopause, Mindset Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist. Nutrition will have a massive impact on weight loss (obviously ?), anxiety and menopausal and perimenopause symptoms, however without the right mindset to back it up and make these changes a habit, you do not have a solution.

I use a combination of Coaching, NLP, Brain Rewiring Techniques, Creative Tools and Clinical Hypnosis to give you all the tools that you need at your disposal for life.

I have some incredible tools, hacks and tricks up my sleeve to help with a permanent weight loss mindset, healthy habit forming, anxiety, sleep, motivation, energy, stress relief, self-esteem and self-belief.

Pillar 3: Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a state of highly focused attention and concentration. It is also 100% natural and normal. Through hypnosis you enter a state of heightened receptivity that allows you to more easily reset and rebuild habits and behaviours along with emotions and feelings.

When used correctly it is a tremendous tool for utilising the power of the mind to make powerful changes and take control over your body, health and life.

Tweaks in lifestyles can have an enormous impact on weight management, perimenopausal and menopause symptoms and mental health in midlife.

Looking at things such as movement, sleep, alcohol consumption (although I am a self-confessed red wine, beer and gin enthusiast!) and stress management, will drive your results.

I explain the impact of these various lifestyle factors and give my clients the knowledge, tools and brain retraining techniques to make powerful and impactful tweaks or changes.

Pillar 5: Accountability

Accountability is what turbo charges your success. When we are accountable to someone, we are far more likely to succeed and make permanent healthy habit changes. I am available for my clients to bounce ideas off, to answer questions, I am my client’s nutrition coach, mindset coach, cheerleader, motivator and straight talker.
